What is Zoho Bookings?
Zoho Bookings is an appointment scheduler from Zoho Corporation, the company behind Zoho CRM. Customers book through a booking page, your calendar syncs with Zoho, Google or Microsoft 365, and reminders go by email. From Premium you let customers pay when booking via Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay. European accounts run in Zoho’s European data centres in Amsterdam and Dublin, although the privacy terms say processing may also take place in the US. Zoho offers a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum).
Good: a free plan for one user and a 15-day free trial.
Less good: online payments only come with Premium. iDEAL is not mentioned among the payment integrations, and Zoho does not mention Dutch-language support.
