What is Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is a CRM from Zoho Corporation, with a Dutch branch in Utrecht. You manage leads, contacts and deals in it and automate sales steps. If you choose a European country when signing up, your account goes to the European data centre (Amsterdam, with Dublin as second location) on zoho.eu. Zoho offers a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum), which you request via legal@zohocorp.com.

Good: there is a permanent free plan for up to 3 users. The app is available in Dutch.

Less good: Zoho does not mention Dutch-language support. According to the privacy statement, data may also be processed in the US and other countries where Zoho operates.
