What is Simplicate?
Simplicate is CRM and project software from Simplicate Software B.V. in Groningen. You manage relationships, sales, projects, hours, invoicing and HR in it. According to the data processing agreement, the servers run on AWS in Ireland, with Germany as fallback, and you can sign that data processing agreement digitally in the app.
Good: with the Mollie integration you put an iDEAL payment button in the invoice email. Support by phone, chat and email is included in all plans.
Less good: on top of the price per user you pay a base licence, and you take at least 5 users. Peppol is an add-on of €8.33 per month and can only send invoices.
