What is HubSpot?

HubSpot is a CRM platform from HubSpot, Inc. in Cambridge (Massachusetts, US). You manage contacts, deals and your sales pipeline in it, and the paid plans add automation, quotes and invoices. A new account gets a data centre based on the location of your IP address at sign-up. HubSpot has an EU data centre in Germany (Frankfurt, on AWS), and paid accounts can have their data moved there. The data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the terms and conditions.

Good: there is a permanent free plan for up to 2 users. The software is fully available in Dutch.

Less good: support, onboarding and HubSpot Academy are not available in Dutch. HubSpot invoices cannot yet be sent via Peppol, and iDEAL is not among the payment methods.
