What is Bitrix24?

Bitrix24 is a work platform with CRM, tasks, projects, chat, video calls and a website builder. For the European version (bitrix24.eu), Alaio Cloud Limited in Limassol (Cyprus) is responsible; there are also entities in the US and India. According to Bitrix24, accounts on bitrix24.eu are hosted at AWS in Frankfurt, and customers from the EU receive a digitally signed data processing agreement. You pay a fixed amount per company for a maximum number of users.

Good: there is a free plan, and the paid plans have a fixed price for 5, 50 or 100 users. Data of EU accounts stays in Frankfurt.

Less good: Bitrix24 does not say whether the app and support are in Dutch. Accounts on bitrix24.com are hosted in the US, so watch which version you sign up for.
