What is Odoo Boekhouding?
Odoo Accounting is an app from Odoo S.A. in Grand-Rosière (Belgium). You process bank transactions, send and receive e-invoices via Peppol and create Dutch VAT reports; with the Dutch localisation you send them via SBR straight to the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst). Letting customers pay with iDEAL goes through a payment provider such as Mollie, Stripe, Adyen or Buckaroo. European customers run on servers in France and Belgium, and the data processing terms are part of the subscription agreement.
Good: if Accounting is your only app, you use it for free with unlimited users. Sending and receiving Peppol invoices costs nothing extra.
Less good: for SBR filing you install extra modules and need a PKIoverheid certificate. If you combine Accounting with other apps, you pay per user.
