What is Odoo CRM?
Odoo CRM is an app from Odoo S.A. in Grand-Rosière (Belgium). You track sales opportunities in a pipeline, plan follow-ups and create quotes from a product catalogue. European customers run on servers in France and Belgium; new customers also have backups only in the EU. The data processing terms are part of the subscription agreement.
Good: CRM as the only app is free, with unlimited users, hosting and support. The Standard plan also includes Invoicing, with which you send invoices via Peppol and let customers pay with iDEAL through Mollie or Stripe.
Less good: if you want to use CRM together with invoicing, you need the paid plan, because the free plan gives one app. You set up a payment provider for iDEAL yourself, with your own account at that provider.
