What is Ringover?
Ringover is cloud telephony from the French Ringover Group, based in Montrouge near Paris. You call through the app or browser with local numbers, set up a menu and have calls recorded, transcribed and summarised. According to the frequently asked questions on the pricing page, the data centres that host the data for the service are in France, so no data goes outside the EU or EEA; a support article about the AI service Empower does mention hosting in the US. The data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the contract.
Good: Ringover integrates with many CRM and helpdesk systems, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Odoo and Zendesk. You can try it free for 7 days.
Less good: you are tied to at least 3 users and a 12-month contract. The site does not say whether there is Dutch-language support; there is a Dutch sales number.
