What is Rinkel?
Rinkel is a product of Rinkel B.V. in Rotterdam. You choose a fixed business number, for example an 085 or regional number, and use it in the app on your own mobile, through the webphone or on a desk phone. According to Rinkel, data is stored and processed within the EU, and the company is ISO 27001 certified. The data processing agreement is on the site as a PDF; in it Rinkel does keep the option to transfer data outside the EEA if the legal requirements are met.
Good: you are online quickly with a fixed number on your mobile, and the app is in Dutch. Support is available on working days by phone, chat and WhatsApp.
Less good: on Essential you pay €0.06 per minute for incoming calls and have no integrations. Integrations go through the API and webhooks, not through ready-made plug-ins for Dutch packages.
