What is Voys?
Voys is a telecom provider from Groningen that supplies business telephony over the internet, from freelancers to organisations with hundreds of users. You get a fixed number that works on your mobile, in the smartphone app, the webphone and on desk phones, and you set up call groups and opening hours yourself. According to its own privacy statement, Voys processes personal data mainly within the EU and EEA, and the data processing agreement can be downloaded from the privacy page.
Good: the Basis plan is cancellable per day and Voys names integrations with many Dutch packages, such as Exact Online, AFAS, Simplicate, Gripp and PerfectView.
Less good: the CRM integration is a paid add-on, and each phone number and international calling come on top of the price per user. Above 3 users there is no public price.
