What is CloudTalk?
CloudTalk is cloud telephony from CloudTalk s.r.o. in Bratislava (Slovakia). You call from the app or your CRM, distribute calls with smart routing and a call menu, and deploy AI voice agents. According to the privacy centre, call recordings and AI data are in Germany, but other data may also be in AWS regions outside the EU, such as Northern Virginia and Singapore. The data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the standard agreement.
Good: the entry plan includes 500 outgoing minutes per user per month within the EU, and you can start from 1 licence.
Less good: not all data is demonstrably in the EU. CloudTalk does not mention Dutch-language support or a Dutch app, and integrations with Dutch packages are not on the site.
