What is Signly?
Signly is a signing service from Leuth, a product of 302 online applicaties. You send documents for signing, add fill-in fields and have signers verify themselves by SMS, email or iDIN; through the API and webhooks you connect it to your own software. Signly says its signatures are suitable for eIDAS level 1 (simple, SES). Signly does not say where the documents are stored; a data processing agreement is available as a download on the site.
Good: you pay per signer without a subscription, and the API costs nothing extra.
Less good: only the simple eIDAS level is mentioned, and the storage location of documents is not on the site.
