What is PandaDoc?

PandaDoc is a document platform from PandaDoc, Inc. in San Francisco. You create quotes, proposals and contracts with templates, have them signed digitally and can receive payments via Stripe or PayPal. The standard signature is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS; with identity verification an advanced signature (AES) is possible, and a qualified signature (QES) runs through recognised trust service providers. On the pages reviewed, PandaDoc does not say which plans include QES or at what price. You choose whether your data is stored and processed in the US or the EU. There is a Data Processing Agreement with standard contractual clauses. The interface can also be used in Dutch.

Good: a free plan, a Dutch interface and the choice of EU storage. Many CRM integrations, such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.

Less good: prices in dollars only, and the free plan is limited to 5 documents per month. PandaDoc does not mention integrations with Dutch tools.
