What is SignRequest?
SignRequest is a signing service from SignRequest BV in Amsterdam, which has joined the American company Box. You upload a document, place fields for the signers and send it round; on the paid plans you can have signers verify with an SMS code. iDIN and the eIDAS levels (simple, advanced, qualified) are not mentioned on the site. SignRequest runs on AWS, but the site does not say in which region the documents are stored; you can download a data processing agreement.
