SimplyBook.me is an online booking system from SimplyBook.me Ltd in Limassol (Cyprus). You get a booking website and a widget for your own site, customers receive reminders, and extra features such as online payments are switched on as a “custom feature”. For payments, SimplyBook.me mentions Mollie, Stripe and PayPal among others. Standard storage is in data centres in Canada, France and Singapore; for businesses in the EU, the privacy policy says data is stored in the EU, although it may be transferred outside the EU. The data processing agreement (DPA) is on the site and can be signed.
Good: a free plan with no time limit and a 14-day free trial of the paid features. Live chat on working days.
Less good: support is not available in Dutch. Whether you can let customers pay with iDEAL depends on the connected payment provider; SimplyBook.me does not mention iDEAL itself.
