Good fit for

Freelancers and SMEs who want to send invoices, quotes and subscriptions and do their bookkeeping elsewhere.

Less suited to

Anyone who sends more than a few invoices a month and picks Small; that plan stops at 4 per month.

What is WeFact?

WeFact is invoicing software from WeFact B.V. in Eersel. You use it to create quotes and invoices, send subscription invoices and have payment reminders go out automatically; customers pay the invoice via iDEAL | Wero, credit card or Apple Pay. Invoices also go through the Peppol network. WeFact says it stores all data in Europe, with daily backups at another European location, and the data processing agreement is part of the general terms.

Good: Peppol is in every plan, including Small. Support is available by phone and email on working days from 10:00 to 16:00.

Less good: Small is limited to 4 invoices per month. Bank feed and accounting integration each cost €5 per month extra.
