Good fit for
Business owners who want one fixed price for all features and work with their accountant.
Less suited to
Freelancers (zzp) with few invoices; you always pay for the full €59.99 plan.
Key facts
- One price: €59.99/month, cancel monthly
- 2 users and 5 administrations included
- Support via incidents in the customer portal
What is AFAS SB?
AFAS SB is the accounting software for smaller businesses from AFAS Software, a family business in Leusden. You create quotes and invoices (also as UBL), connect ABN AMRO, ING, Knab or Rabobank and file the VAT return, and your accountant works in the same environment. The data processing agreement is part of the general terms of AFAS SB; we did not find on the site where the data is stored. Support goes through incidents in the customer portal, and the support department calls you back when needed.
Good: one fixed price with all features, 2 users and 5 administrations, and you can cancel per month.
Less good: there is no cheaper entry plan. The site mentions UBL and a payment link, but not whether invoices go via Peppol or which payment method the link uses.
