What is AFAS HRM?
AFAS HRM is the HR part of the software from AFAS Software in Leusden. You manage the personnel file, process leave, absence and changes, handle onboarding and expense claims, and employees and managers work through self-service; payroll runs in the same package. The price depends on the size of your organisation and you calculate it in the configurator. AFAS has made the data processing agreement part of the SLA, and separate data processing agreements are not possible. We did not find on the public pages where the data is stored.
Good: HR and payroll in one database, with self-service for employees and managers.
Less good: there is no public price per employee and no free trial; implementation goes step by step with a consultant.
