What is Belfabriek?
Belfabriek started in the Netherlands in 2001 with free numbers and business numbers and is now an operator in 14 European countries and the US; outside the Netherlands and Belgium the company is called CallFactory. You choose a local, national, 0800 or 0900 number and set up a phone system on it with call menu, queue and forwarding to your mobile. According to Belfabriek, the platform runs in the BIT data centre in Ede. A data processing agreement is not mentioned on the site; the trust centre only refers to the privacy policy and the GDPR.
Good: you pay per plan and not per user, so adding colleagues within the maximum costs nothing extra. All prices are on the site, excluding VAT.
Less good: you always pay the cheapest plan a year upfront. A data processing agreement or an integration with a CRM is not on the site.
