What is Dialpad?
Dialpad is cloud telephony from the American Dialpad, Inc. in San Francisco. You call, hold meetings and send messages from one app, and Dialpad AI makes live transcripts and summaries of calls. The Netherlands is on the list of countries where you can get a local number. According to the trust centre, all persistent customer data, such as contact lists, call data, recordings and transcripts, is stored in the United States on Google Cloud Platform. You sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with one click.
Good: you can start with 1 user, get a local Dutch number and try it free for 14 days.
Less good: your data is in the United States. CRM integrations and 24/7 support only come with Pro, and Dialpad does not mention Dutch-language support.
