What is Exact Officient?
Exact Officient is HR software from Exact in Delft. You manage personnel records, contracts and documents, record leave and absence, and employees and managers arrange things through self-service; expense claims, onboarding workflows and reviews are also included. Officient is fully integrated with Exact Online and can be linked to Exact Online Salaris. According to Exact’s subprocessor list, the Officient data is at Amazon Web Services in Ireland, and Exact offers a Data Processing Addendum in Dutch and English.
Good: the integration with Exact Online Salaris synchronises employee data and puts payslips back into the self-service app.
Less good: payroll processing is not included and costs extra. The pricing page does not say whether the €7.90 is per employee or per administration.
