What is Jotform?
Jotform is a form builder from Jotform Inc. in San Francisco (US). You create forms, surveys and order forms with templates, and let customers pay via 40 payment integrations. These include Mollie, with iDEAL, Bancontact and Klarna, alongside Stripe and PayPal. There is also a Dutch-language website.
By default, form data is stored on servers in the US. In your account settings you can choose storage in the EU; your data then goes to Google servers in Frankfurt (Germany). You request a data processing agreement (DPA) through a form on the site; Jotform signs it in advance.
Good: the free plan has payments, and iDEAL is possible via Mollie. You choose EU storage yourself, without an Enterprise plan.
Less good: the free plan is tight, with 5 forms and 100 submissions per month. Every plan is for one user; multiple users requires Enterprise.
