What is Tally?
Tally is a form builder from Tally BV in Ghent (Belgium). You build forms like a document: type, and add blocks for questions, logic, files or payments. The standard texts of the form, such as error messages and the thank-you page, are available in more than 50 languages, including Dutch. Payment runs via Stripe; according to Tally these are credit card payments and recurring payments are not possible.
Tally stores form data encrypted in Europe, on Google Cloud in Belgium and on Cloudflare in the EU. There is a data processing agreement (DPA): business users agree to it through the terms, and separate signing is not needed.
Good: the free plan has no limit on forms and responses, and the data is in Europe. Pro costs €20 per month.
Less good: Tally does not mention iDEAL among the payment options, and it is not demonstrable that the app itself is available in Dutch.
