What is Peec AI?
Peec AI is a tool from Peec AI GmbH in Berlin (Germany) that measures how visible your brand is in AI search engines. You enter questions (prompts) that customers might ask, and Peec checks every day what ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Mode and AI Overviews answer: whether you are mentioned, in which position and in what tone. You choose countries and languages yourself, at no extra cost.
According to the data processing agreement, which is part of the terms, the service runs in the EU at Google Cloud, mainly in Frankfurt, with a database in the Netherlands. A number of sub-processors are in the US, such as Firebase Authentication and the AI providers OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity, with standard contractual clauses or the EU-US privacy framework.
Good: a European company with hosting in the EU, and you can measure per country, so also for the Netherlands.
Less good: prices are in dollars and start at $95 per month. It is a measuring tool: it shows how you are doing, but it does not do keyword research or site audits like an SEO suite.
