What is Semrush?
Semrush is an SEO and marketing suite from SEMrush Inc. in Boston (US). You do keyword research, see what competitors rank for, track your Google rankings and have your site checked for technical errors. The Netherlands is on the list of countries for which Semrush has keyword data. The website is also available in Dutch; whether the app itself works in Dutch, Semrush does not say clearly.
Semrush writes that it stores data in data centres in the US. There is a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) that becomes part of the contract, with standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU.
