What is Senja?
Senja is a testimonial tool from Senja Proof Ltd in London (United Kingdom). You collect text and video with a form, import existing reviews from Google, Trustpilot and Capterra among others, and show them with widgets or a Wall of Love. Senja adds a badge to testimonials it can verify, for example when the author paid through your connected Stripe account. Stars in Google search results (rich snippets) are included in Pro.
The privacy policy names Google’s Firebase as hosting, with the US as the place of processing. We did not find a data processing agreement (DPA) on Senja’s site.
Good: the free plan is generous, you can always export your testimonials, and your widgets keep working after you cancel.
Less good: prices are in dollars and you can only pay by card. Data is stored in the US and there is no DPA on the site.
