What is Kiyoh?

Kiyoh is a review system from Klantenvertellen B.V. in Zaltbommel, part of the eKomi group. After an order, your customer automatically receives an invitation; there are plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed and CCV Shop, among others. Kiyoh is an official Google Review Partner, so your reviews can count in Google Shopping and Google Ads. It is also a review partner of Thuiswinkel Waarborg.

According to the privacy statement, Kiyoh in principle processes data within the EEA, and IT and hosting suppliers work with a data processing agreement. We did not find a data processing agreement for you as a customer on the site; the general terms and conditions only say that processing complies with the GDPR.

Good: Dutch company with phone support, many integrations with web shop packages and reviews in Google Shopping.

Less good: no free plan and an annual contract that renews tacitly. Product reviews and an XML feed cost extra.
