What is Feedback Company?

Feedback Company is a review platform from Feedback Company B.V. in Utrecht, founded in 2010. You invite customers to leave a review, show the score on your site and can use the TrustNet badge. As an official Google Review Partner, it makes sure your reviews can appear in Google with stars. Besides reviews it offers customer and employee surveys.

According to the privacy statement, the data is at Google Cloud in data centres in the Netherlands region, and the GDPR page says data is never processed outside the EU. The data processing agreement is an appendix to the general terms. Feedback Company mentions ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certifications.

Good: Dutch support by phone, data in the Netherlands, a data processing agreement and integrations with the well-known web shop platforms.

Less good: no free plan, and for more than the basic plan you request tailored advice. The free trial has no fixed length on the site.
