What is Viktor?
Viktor is an AI agent from Zeta AI, Inc. in Wilmington (US) that works as a colleague in Slack or Microsoft Teams. You ask it in a chat to do something, and it works in its own cloud environment: posting daily figures from Stripe or Google Ads in a channel, drafting an investor update, building lead lists, checking invoices and contracts or making an internal dashboard. You do not pay per user but per workspace, in credits that the whole team shares.
Viktor stores customer data with cloud providers in the US, and the AI models (from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, among others) may also process elsewhere. The data processing agreement (viktor.com/legal/dpa) applies automatically to every account and uses standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU. Viktor has a representative in the EU (Poland) and a SOC 2 Type 1 report. Note: Viktor can access everything you connect, and access is currently set per workspace, not per person.
Good: you can start for free, the whole team shares one budget, and the DPA applies to everyone.
Less good: costs depend on usage and are hard to estimate in advance, prices are in dollars and everything is stored in the US.
