What is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales?
Dynamics 365 Sales is the sales CRM from Microsoft Corporation in Redmond (US). You use it to manage leads, opportunities and accounts, and it works together with Outlook, Teams and Copilot. Dynamics 365 Sales falls under the EU Data Boundary: if your tenant has a billing address in the EU and your environments are in a European region, customer data and support data are stored and processed in the EU. Microsoft does send limited data outside the EU for security, and Copilot features may process data outside the region by default unless you turn that off. The data processing terms are in Microsoft’s Product Terms.
Good: the app can be used in Dutch and the data stays within the EU Data Boundary. Prices are in euros, excl. VAT.
Less good: you pay annually, and the cheapest plan costs €56.30 per user per month. For Copilot features, data must be allowed to cross the EU boundary.
