What is Google Formulieren?
Google Forms is the form and survey tool from Google LLC in Mountain View (US); for users in the EEA, Google Ireland Limited in Dublin is responsible. You make forms, surveys and quizzes, share them via a link or email and see the responses in automatic charts. You export the raw data to Google Sheets. You use it with a personal Google account or as part of Google Workspace.
For business use, Workspace is the route: Google’s data processing agreement (Cloud Data Processing Addendum) applies to it. Forms falls under the Workspace data regions, which let you store responses in Europe, but you only have that choice from Business Standard. With a personal account you have no data processing agreement.
Good: with a personal account you pay nothing, and the app is in Dutch. You put responses into Google Sheets easily.
Less good: EU storage and a data processing agreement require a paid Workspace subscription. Google does not mention payments as a feature of Forms.
