What is RingCentral?
RingCentral is business communication from the American RingCentral, Inc. in Belmont (California). With RingEX you call, chat and meet through one app on computer and phone; the more expensive plans add call recording, a menu and CRM integrations. The Netherlands is on the list of 45 countries with full telephony (PSTN) via Global RingEX, and RingCentral has a Dutch site in English. According to RingCentral, communication content such as voicemail and recordings is stored in the region where the account was created, but data may also be processed outside the EEA. The data processing agreement (DPA) is on the site.
Good: you can start with 1 user, every plan includes calling minutes, and with more users the price per user gets lower.
Less good: the Dutch site is in English and RingCentral does not mention Dutch-language support. Integrations with Dutch packages are not on the site.
