What is Spotler CRM?
Spotler CRM is the CRM from the Dutch company Spotler, which has offices in The Hague and Utrecht. The product was called Really Simple Systems until 2023, a British CRM that joined Spotler that year. You manage companies, contacts, sales opportunities and tasks with it, and it works together with Spotler Mail+ for email marketing. According to Spotler, all customer data is stored in the EU, and the data processing agreement is in the Trust Center.
Good: data stays in the EU, and unlimited support during office hours is included in the price, with a Dutch support number.
Less good: you pay a year in advance, for at least 5 users. Spotler does not say anywhere whether the app itself is in Dutch; the product pages are mostly in English.
