What is SuperOffice CRM?
SuperOffice CRM comes from the Norwegian SuperOffice AS in Oslo, which is present in the Netherlands as SuperOffice Benelux B.V. in Eindhoven. You manage customers, sales opportunities, marketing campaigns and service requests with it. According to the data processing agreement for support, all data in the service is on servers in Europe, and SuperOffice publishes its data processing agreements in the Trust Center. You reach support by email or phone at the office in Eindhoven, on working days from 8:30 to 17:00.
Good: there is a Dutch office with its own support, and the apps are available in Dutch. Through the App Store you connect Exact Online and e-Boekhouden, among others.
Less good: there is no free trial or free plan, only a demo. The pricing page only lists prices with annual billing, and SuperOffice itself does not send invoices.
