What is Freshsales?

Freshsales is the sales CRM from the American Freshworks Inc. You manage leads, contacts and deals in it, and call and email from the CRM. At sign-up you choose where your data is stored; Freshworks has an EEA region, and production and backups stay in the same region. Freshworks offers a data processing agreement to all customers. The app can be set to Dutch.

Good: there is a free plan and a 21-day trial with all features. You choose EU storage yourself.

Less good: Freshworks does not mention Dutch-language support. Accounting integrations go through QuickBooks or Xero, not through Dutch packages.
