What is PerfectView?
PerfectView is an online CRM from PerfectView CRM BV in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, part of the Belgian efficy since 2021. You use it to manage relationships, sales opportunities, quotes, campaigns and invoices. According to PerfectView, the data is in the Netherlands, at Claranet in Eindhoven, and there are processing terms that you find with the general terms and conditions.
Good: making and sending invoices is in the CRM itself, with reminders. The app is available in Dutch, English and German, and the helpdesk is Dutch-speaking.
Less good: you pay a year in advance and cancel at least three months before the next term. PerfectView itself calls Tribe CRM its successor (“PerfectView 2.0”); the site does not say how long PerfectView will still be developed. Whether you can currently invoice via Peppol is only stated in a blog from 2019.
