What is Efficy?
Efficy is a CRM from efficy group, headquartered in Kraainem near Brussels (Belgium) with an office in Utrecht. You use it to manage leads, opportunities, quotes, contracts, marketing campaigns and customer service tickets. Efficy hosts in Europe; with sovereign hosting the data is only in France. The data processing arrangements are in an appendix to the general terms.
Good: besides SaaS you can choose a private cloud or installation on your own server, with the same features.
