What is Capsule CRM?
Capsule CRM is a product of Zestia Ltd in Manchester (United Kingdom). You manage contacts, sales pipelines and projects with it, and connect it to Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify and Mailchimp, among others. According to Capsule, all data is at Amazon Web Services in the United States; for transfers from the EU, Capsule uses the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. There is a data processing agreement with a public list of sub-processors.
Good: there is a free plan for 2 users, and you can try paid plans for 14 days without a credit card.
Less good: the data is in the US, not the EU. The app is available in English, Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese, not in Dutch.
