What is Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is a sales CRM from Pipedrive Inc. The company started in Estonia in 2010 and now has its headquarters in New York (US). You manage deals in a visual pipeline, plan activities and follow up emails. Customers from the EU have a contract with the European entity in Estonia, and according to Pipedrive, new EU accounts are hosted in the EU region of AWS (Frankfurt or Dublin). The data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) is part of the general terms and conditions.

Good: the app is available in Dutch, as one of 22 languages. You can try it for 14 days without a credit card.

Less good: support is only in English and Portuguese. Pipedrive does not send invoices itself: the invoice feature forwards them to a connected package, such as QuickBooks Online.
